Fly Action in Focus Part 3

Fly Action in Focus – a short series exploring fly manipulation

Welcome to the third installment of our fly manipulation mini-series!

First of all (if you haven’t done it already) don’t forget to sign up for the FREE short email course – this is NOT part of the regular email tutorials and is designed to pair specifically with these videos.

In this episode we’ll see some fly manipulation with some interesting contrasts – from streamers on a post industrial urban stream to dry fly on one of the most beautiful streams in the UK… with what Paul had dubbed the worst rod in the world.

We also start to explore how we discovered a rich tapestry of “named” manipulation techniques in Japanese tenkara.

If you haven’t seen the first two installments yet you can check out part 1 here and part 2 here.

Fly Action in Focus in Focus – Part 3 of 4

Check out part 3 of the series and if you have any memorable fly manipulation stories, please do share them in the comments.

Look out for part 4 next week.

Talk to you soon,
JP.

PS – If you like what you see why not help your friends find it by sharing on social media.
